Problem with the RealPlayer Facebook Page
A few days ago we noticed that we were no longer able to publish anything to our RealPlayer Facebook page, instead getting a message that we had violated Facebook's Pages Terms of Use. After some head scratching we figured out what the problem was: We had given away a few coffee mugs which is a violation of their promotional guidelines. Unfortunately for us, they sent the notification to an unmonitored email address, so we couldn't act in time to avoid punishment. This is why you haven't seen any new content from us in the last week and also why our Facebook URL isn't active. However, you can still reach the page by searching for RealPlayer within Facebook.
