RealPlayer: Going Back to School
One of the biggest challenges we face in marketing a product like RealPlayer is educating the public on its various uses. Sure, it streams videos and helps organize your media but what about tangible things that can help improve the process of education? As someone who tinkers with video more than the average Joe, I wish I'd had the technology of a product like RealPlayer when I was in high school and college.

Problem with the RealPlayer Facebook Page
A few days ago we noticed that we were no longer able to publish anything to our RealPlayer Facebook page, instead getting a message that we had violated Facebook's Pages Terms of Use. After some head scratching we figured out what the problem was: We had given away a few coffee mugs which is a violation of their promotional guidelines.
