PARENTAL CONTROLS — HOW TO SET CONTROLS IN THE REALPLAYER

RealPlayer users have the ability to set Parental Controls on premium, subscription-only content offered through Real services. Parental Controls are disabled by default and require a user to access My Account via https://account.real.com/acct/login.html or RealPlayer - Help Menu to activate Parental Controls. To set Parental Controls, a RealPlayer user must have a valid Real account and create a unique Parental Controls Key. The Parental Controls Key will be required when blocked premium content is requested or to adjust Parental Control settings. Parental Control settings are accessed via My Account and allow a user to choose the level of control and access for content attributes including sex/nudity, violence and language.

Content rating levels are set for each Real premium content partner. Parental Controls do not block access to web pages viewed or non-Real subscription content accessed with RealPlayer. The rating level settings selected by the user will block any premium content that is equal to or higher than the rating selected.
