We're a new website that posts comedy videos shot by amateurs trying to break into the industry, whether they aspire to be on Saturday Night Live or to perform at Second City. With unexpected viewership numbers, we've outgrown our current platform that streams to PCs. We need something that can also stream to mobile devices and IPTV - and that can provide detailed traffic numbers so we can support our comics efforts at "making it big."
As a small, local news station in the Midwest, we don't have the funding that many of the larger news outlets in major cities have. However, our viewers have made it clear that they would like to not only access news stories on our website, but send us their own videos. We need a platform that is easy to implement and that will still be here - and still be relevant - in ten years.
