  • RealNetworks End-of-Life (EOL) Policy Statement

    RealNetworks is committed to providing high quality, supportable solutions to our customers.

    The development of new and exciting product features influence the level, timing and character of demand for particular products. These factors and other ongoing core technical requirements drive the need to introduce new products and integrations on a regular basis, as well as to End of Life older software versions and other products in a methodical manner. This notice specifically lists the RealNetworks software version that will be supported after the Version 14 release.

    RealNetworks software and product support:

    Support for RealNetworks products is provided for the current shipping major version. Support for the previous major version will be available for 1 year beyond the ship date of the latest release.

    If you are using an unsupported software version, we recommend that you download the latest version from the Helix Support Portal. If your U&S has expired, please contact your sales representative to activate your U&S contract, thereby allowing you upgrades to the latest version of our software.
