Our PC client and browser applications are integrated with the Multi-Screen Video service and the mobile client to provide a fully converged service. The browser environment provides a simple user interface in order to free the user from having to download an application prior to viewing a video. For side-loading video and managing playlists, the PC player and application give users several options for managing videos and transferring them to their mobile device.

Real Video IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is similar to traditional IVR, but with video added to enhance the user experience.
